Returns and Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please request one via our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

If you opted for Green Shipping Protection and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, follow these steps to request a replacement:

  • Visit reorder.corso.com or email support@corso.com.
  • Provide your order number and the email address used for your order (found in the order confirmation email).
  • Indicate whether the package was damaged, lost, or stolen, and complete the request to receive a reorder confirmation.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange through our Returns and Exchanges Portal. We'll guide you through the process of returning the original item, and a separate order will be processed for your new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without a specific reason.

Similar to our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
